    and quantity *0.**0 MT per month as per the buyers wanted.
    The price is USD *0/MT FOB
    Allowed the buyers add Max USD 3/MT on the top of our price.

The Quality of the Steam Coal shall have the minimum guaranteed specifications. The Buyer has the full right to refuse receiving the product if the quality is lower than the rejection level.

PRICE AND OTHER COSTS; Price: USD *8.*0 (Eighty Seven US Dollars) FOB (Free On Board) per Metric Tonne based on ***0 Kcal/kg Gross Calorific Value (ADB). The price shall be adjusted every three month base on the market price mutually agreed by both parties.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT  -  BONUS AND PENALTIES

The price of Coal stipulated on Clause 5 shall be adjusted by the following bonuses and penalties:

a.CALORIES

For Gross Calorific Value (ADB).
There shall be no adjustment so long as the certified Gross Calorific Value (GCV) on Air Dried Basis of Coal is equal to Guaranteed Specification for 6,**0 kcal/kg.
In the event the certified Gross Calorific Value of coal is more or less than guaranteed specification, the price per metre ton shall be reduced/increased, calculated by the following formula :
Price = ( FOB Price) X Actual Calorific Value (ADB)
                           6,**0 Kcal/Kg (ADB)
NOTE: the calculated price will be rounded to the nearest cent.
The right of rejection is granted to the Buyer if the Actual Gross Calorific Value at the loading port falls below 6,**0 Kcal/Kg (ADB).

b.SULPHUR
If the Sulphur content exceeds 1.*0%, Buyer has the right to refuse the cargo and Seller shall be regarded as the party breaching the contract.
